Blocks light fairly well.
It works best for back sleepers, but you can kinda make it work as a side sleeper. Just don’t expect it to stay on if you toss and turn a lot

Good for the price.
Good light blocking but some may find the strap a bit uncomfortable as it’s Velcro not elastic and I find it makes me too warm in the night as it’s not a natural material. Otherwise works well and great price.,
