Daewoo Scandia 1.7L Stainless Steel Kettle (2500-3000W Power Output) Rapid Quiet Boil and Removable Washable Limescale Filter, 360º Rotational Base and Handy Cord Storage- Black

I got this kettle for my home office as it’s really pretty and matches the theme perfectly. It boils quickly and works well- it’s better than the kettle I have in my kitchen! It’s a good size so can fill two hot water bottles, which is perfect for this cold weather. It looks lovely on it’s tray, goes with the rest of my studio colour scheme (blue with wooden notes to make it feel cosy) does the job nicely. No complaints from me- it’s a good kettle.

This is a really lovely modern kettle. It matches my decor perfectly. The only downside to it are having to remove the lid for filling( which is quite tight) and it rattles on its base the closer it gets to boiling point. If you can get passed these things it isnt bad for the money.

I love this kettle. The design is very classic and pleasing to the eye and the spout has a good steady pour into your cup. It does make noise but then so does every kettle I have owned. The only thing that is disappointing is the lid. The removal of the lid is manual which is fine but the small screw holding the handle for the lid came away and I had to get plyers to take the lid off. Then tried to screw back but it will not hold it so had to resort to putting a new screw in which fits perfectly and holds it perfectly but is slightly rusting with the condensation of the heat. Great product, great price and love everything about it but the screw which holds the handle for the lid.

I do like this kettle, but the silver on the lid is already peeling. So I am a bit disappointed as I've not had it long.

We have had this kettle a couple of months and we are really disappointed. It is so loud when it boils you can’t talk to anyone else in the same room and hear them properly. The silver coating on the lid is peeling away and catches your fingers when you lift it off to fill it. When I tried to call the helpline number ana in provide for Darwin it goes through to an annoyed lady who is clearly fed up telling people she has nothing to do with Daewoo. Have given it 1 star because it won’t let me out zero stars.

Kettle boils very high temperature & looks nice but 7 months in and the paint is flaking at the top where it opens/closes to fill w/water and this tops handle is not metal but metal colour coated and is flaking too... 1 year in and it will look pretty shabby which is a shame. Not a sustainable product visually at least.

I've had my kettle for about 3 years now but the filter just broke 😔 does anyone know where I can find a replacement? Spent hours looking around online but can't find anything that'll fit!

Love this kettleNot too noisy, pours really nicely, and a lovely blue that gives some colour to an otherwise grey kitchen. Got the toaster to match. Very happy.
