Thick, Weldable
I ended up cutting a lot of this down and grinding some angles to fit my frame. Every application is unique, and you should be prepared for some cutting/grinding. Not sure why this is painted because the paint bubbles when it gets hot from grinding or welding, so you're gonna have to paint it anyway. But the tube thickness is good for welding and is strong. Measure carefully and save yourself some headaches. These are often measured to the outer dimensions, not the inner. Worked out great for me, but I expected some effort as should you.

Not plug and play
Expect to do some fab work to make it fit but the end result is worth it. We had to cut it, press it, weld it and repaint it to make it fit a 2014 cb1100. End result is fantastic. Added an led strip brake light to complete the look. Not easy to bend either, you will need a press.

not bad, not best, I orderd for a frame for a cb550. And bit too small diameter, and bit wider.
not bad, not best, I orderd for a frame for a cb550. And bit too small diameter, and bit wider. But itl work. Its wider then a 70's hond cb550 frame. And its a smaller diameter. Its soft lite material. not sure if its steel or alloy?. Paint is good. I planned on welding it and doing my cb550 like a tracker/scrambler. But it was wider then frame rails. so i just ended up fitting it over the rails on the sides. and tack welded it, the bolted it in place with some 6-8mm hardware. and it dosent look bad. Nice lill grab handle, seat protector, bit of frame support, and mounted my chopped rear fender too it and a mini' red tail light. would be great on a smaller bike, or even a enduro, mot-x etc. its not no fit and forget rear hoop. Will need some basic fab skills.
