The best book ever.. buy it
This book is life changing. It has altered the way I view sleep and my routine daily which has changed my life day by day. I’ve had sleep issues for years now and out of anything I have done, this has been most beneficial

You need these books!
I have the morning sidekick and the sleep and evening routine books, and they have literally changed my life. My mornings run so smoothly, I barely have to think about it anymore, and I’m well on my way to making my evenings all about taking care of myself. Both books are life savers for this ADHD brain. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a hard time keeping track of all those little chores that need to get done to keep your life running smoothly!

Awesome Product, Big sleep coming for you
This is easy to use, fun and personable. There's so many tips and recommendations. It's both encouraging and forgiving. I HIGHLY recommend this if you have insomnia and are looking for something to help you make steady progress.

Repetitive beyond what is helpful.
I have purchased several Habit Nest Journals. At first I felt they were solid, effective journals. But, upon using the evening morning, and gratitude journals I'm finding that they're extremely repetitive interchangeably. And there are no updates from year to year to incorporate new studies, new sources, etc.And, I really get annoyed by typos and grammatical errors that are not fixed (I've had 3 morning and 4 meditation books, same typos and errors in each version).The one journal I believe is well thought out is the finance journal. It provides a solid system to see where you're overspending and tips to help get your money in a good place.

Very helpful, step-by-step guide!
I found this journal to be SUPER helpful and it has many practical tips for improving sleep that translated to MANY benefits to my wellbeing already (I'm on day 21 right now!)! Sleep is a SUPER important part of self-care, and I'm very happy that this journal is working so well for me to establish a healthy bedtime routine and habits!

Never gets to the point..good "night time reading"
Book takes so much time explaining research, you could fall alseep just reading the book. I never made it far enough to explore whatever regime they sre proposing. It is a handsome volume, and giftable to the random person you forgot to buy a gift for..

Great journal to establish self care habits before one goes to sleep
I received this journal in my monthly Therabox subscription. I highly recommend it as it helps to establish habits that make one feel calm, present and relaxed enhancing one’s self care. It has daily challenges to try to see what works.
