Why don't you use more strains in this probiotics other brands are providing 16to20 strains?

I generally go by the recent customer reviews before buying any product in Amazon. The customer review in HH were very good and particularly I am using these probiotics for the first time in my life. So choose this product. It is very good and my gut problem is getting resolved slowly.

I believe there are seven species of bacteria plus yeast. There are other ingredients, suchas cranberry, as well.

Kombucha is better than this

I chose this product because of the similar bacterial types and population with the one l was using in my country which had immediate effects on my gut issue. However this has no effect at all, l don’t know what l am ingesting. When l drink Kombucha instead of this pill, it has immediate effect. Also beware that it contains zinc and you can’t take it more than once or twice otherwise you can have zinc toxicity.
