Reliable, Fair Priced, Lasts long
For me when I do weighted dips I’ll work up to 2 plates and a 35lb plate. This belt was the cheapest option and yet it holds all the weight I need. It’s comfortable and easy to use. I’d say it’s worth the purchase if you want to strength train bw movements

Great product
Easily holds up to 20kg. I’ll come back and let you know if can’t do more than that, just need to get stronger first.
