The product arrived within 2 or 3 days from China, and I received a call when I had a question about the product the same day I requested contact (I received a the wrong length of extensions, and wanted to know if they wanted them back or if I could keep them as they came. This is not the norm, however). The seller is very helpful.The hair is real and human, I got the natural black. There are several strands of dark red woven in, that read as a natural highlight underneath your own hair. I've washed and conditioned them once, and while hair fell out, it was no more than would fall out of my own head in the shower. I think it's good quality, and worth the investment. You really do get a lot of hair, if you grip it all at once, the diameter is wider than a full inch in your hand. You get a bonus strand about 2 inches in width and the same length as your extensions, mine was ombred to a light blonde, but you might get blue or pink or something else, if they're still doing that inclusion.Worth it!
