Etape par étape, il prend les thèmes auxquels on est tous confrontés et donne des éléments pratiquent pour les reconnaître, gérer, améliorer.Attention cependant, le livre n'est pas fait pour être "avalé". Pour moi, il demande à être réfléchi, relu, repris et dans tous les cas demande un investissement personnel si vous voulez en faire quelque chose.On est vraiment sur une aide pratique pour évoluer mais certainement pas sur des "trucs" pour "tricher" et éviter de faire le boulot.Perso, il en vaut la peine. J'en ai lu beaucoup d'autres pourtant. Mais celui-ci aborde les sujets de manière différente et de manière simple et pratique. J'aime vraiment.Et si vous avez le temps, regarder ses interviews/chaîne. Jay Shetty est top.
