Emergency Medicine: Oral Board Review

Great book! Very helpful

If you need more cases to review this is the book to use.

For a book that's supposed to help you study for boards, I find myself spending more time looking up facts that sound suspiciously wrong. I haven't made it through the first few pages and have already found errors in esmolol dosing in aortic dissection and epinephrine dosing in pediatric anaphylaxis. It blows my mind that this could be a "sixth edition." Who the hell is editing this book? It's great to have a source for cases, but the pearls seem more ready to help you fail boards. Some typos are just sloppy. It repeatedly states to "access" ABCs instead of "assess" ABCs. Come on. This is just sad.
