I used it with the little pillow/back support. It fit me great with room to expand the straps. **Q: Is this the deluxe or deluxe plus? My sister-in-law just gave birth to twins. She around 150 lbs right now and 130 lbs pre pregnancy, will it fit?** A: I think it should fit. It fit me just fine at 160 right after birth.
