Buonissimo libro, specifico ma non aggiornato
Buonissima lettura per chi vuole approfondire la materia calcistica relativa alla leadership e alla guida delle squadre (in questo caso squadre di Premier fino ai primi anni '10). Sarebbe bello avere una versione aggiornata ai nuovi allenatori della Premier come Guardiola e Klopp su tutti, ma anche i vari Dyche, Lampard, Arteta, Espirito Santo, Hasenhuttl ecc

Crap. It has such a generic feel to it
Weak. I expected a book filled with more insights and breakdown of the various managers and their styles. Instead it's a (very) conventional business book using the managers as foils to explain selected features of "leaders" and leadership. Crap. It has such a generic feel to it, I think I could have written it cobbling together the managers' bits from public interviews. Don't buy it.

One of the best books on football. Amazon service as usual. 5 stars! I would recommend amazon and "The Manager" to any football fanatic.
