Yes and Yes. Tick the WDS box on the wireless tab(s) and the link becomes a layer 2 bridge. You can enter the preferred VLAN for management in the GUI on the Network tab

Can this extend 2.4 ghz through 5.0 ghz?

This will connect to another 5 GHz radio and you can connect a 2.4 router to create Ghz extended 2.4

Will this, by itself, allow us to extend our current wifi about 200ft?

I use two of these as a network bridge to extend my network 1,000 feet to my barn. If you just want to extend your network 200 feet, i would suggest you get the 2.4 GHz version and set it up as a wireless access point. These units are very robust and capable of reaching far beyond 200 feet. Just remember that line of sight is very important.
