Never seen a knife that was so beautiful
Amazing knife bought it for my wife for a Christmas present, having seen the 1 star on one of the reviews I decided to check the knife out properly. Never used such a beautiful knife in my life, the balance grip is excellent, I tested it on soft tomota it skinned and thinly sliced gliding through the layers with precision. Just be careful as its razor sharp.The packaging is great and quality is outstanding ideal for gifting. I repacked it and wrapped for Christmas lets see what the Mrs thinks of it.

Like a piece of Art!
Purchased for a 60th birthday present and it was so well received as he is a chef. He was over the moon with the colour and the design on the blade and its super sharp. Almost too beautiful to use! Packaged very well and great it comes with the sharpener. Very pleased.

Amazing chef knife well worth the money will buy again off of seiryuu. Sharp nice to hold good size looks beautiful what more do you want and the patterns make things not stick to it witch is really handy in long prepping.
