Finally sleeping well
Seriously! From the first day my hot flashes diminished, I slept better… second day even better… and last night (third night) I managed to sleep from 10pm until 6;30am straight 🤯 seriously I didn’t know I could sleep like this again!!! I am taking this supplement after lunch, and it is working amazingly!!! My perimenopause symptoms usually are very bad sleep quality, hot flashes during the day, moody for no reason, overall feeling not that well anymore… I am so far happy with the results of this supplement!!!

amazing stuff
I am 52 year old woman deep in menopause, I wake up multiple times a night with hot flushes, I'm only sleeping 3 ton4 hours a night. All day I'm having hot flushes and brain fog. Last night at 8pm I took one of these tablets, I slept right through to my alarm! No hot flushes! No hot flushes all day either until around 8pm tonight would highly recommend 👌

Use with caution
Just a warning for women in their late 40's.. these vits did help me with hot flashes, but they increased my hunger, especially for junk food. And I gained weight, obviously. It is different strokes for different folks. I have gone back to well woman original, & have noticed my hunger has reduced & I really do not have the hunger for crap food. Just my experience. Hope it helps.

Better sleep
Not sure how they work but I notice a difference in how I feel if I don’t take them. Either buy through Amazon, Sainsbury or H&B, depends on what offers are on at the time. I sleep better and have more energy when I take them so they must do something!
