We had been looking at pricey hot tub pre-filters but decided to go with one of these RV filters instead. After much research and comparisons, it turns out that most hot tub pre-filters are just over-priced RV filters anywhere (priced for the market I suppose). This two pack was much more economical, and even with using them to fill a large 5000L swim spa, the two pack will last us quite a few year before we need to replace it. They've been great to give us just a little better water on our fills so we don't need to rely on chemicals quite as much to balance things out and treat for trace metals after each fill.

Definitivamente si filtra. No sé qué tanto como para poder usarla como agua potable. Pero al menos para lavado en general se noto una diferencia con el filtro. Principalmente lo uso para lavar el automóvil y si hay diferencia. Los artículos que uso los enjuago con el agua y los dejo a secar al sol y ya revisando a detalle solo quedan una diminutas manchas que se limpian fácilmente. En el video que subí no se aprecian pero cuando ya la revise muy a detalle si las vi. Pero sin duda si ha diferencia a cuando no tenía filtro. Lo recomiendo 👍🏻

I use this filter to top off my above ground swimming pool. We have well water that is very heavy in iron and lime - like completely brown and scaly. Our garden hose outlets are not run through our water softener and this filter works great! No discoloration at all! Easy to use and very effective!! Best thing I have found for my pool!
