The Perfect Well Being Cookbook!
I love this book so much! I am vegetarian and passionate about whole foods and well being so this was just perfect. It's beautifully written and they are really innovative and interesting recepies, it's finally something different from other health food books, because they are actually doable. You don't need a dehydrator (thank god!) I have tried a few recepies and they are delicious, I can't wait to use the book for dinner parties!The only down side is that there isn't a picture for every recepie, but there are lots of beautiful photos throughout the book, I am a bit of a perfectionist and want to know what it should look like so I can compare my result!

Given as a gift and was very well received. It's put new life into a friends already extensive gastronomic understanding. Plus discovered this from a spanish friend who is a chef and he love the book. Comes highly recommended from all angles....including mine, as i've eaten many of the recipes and read parts of the book and found it illuminating and educational. Beautifully written and pictured.

I spotted this book in a bakery on Oxford and had to order it. I wasn't disappointed. It is simply beautiful and the pages are a joy to turn. The recipes are inspiring, even for a seasoned old food writer like me! I'd hugely recommend it for anyone who wants a really thorough book that expands your horizons in the most delicious and humble way. Well done Amy, it is both stunning and practical.

This book is epic
Amy Chaplins book is really a master piece. There's in depth chapters about ingredients and well written recipes for wholesome wholefoods dishes. This book is a must.

Very informative book. Lots of recipes to try, several have become regular rotations. Information to help inspire more creativity in the kitchen also.
