I was sceptical at first. Anyway I followed 1700 calorie diet with home work outs of few weights and 10000 steps per day. To my amazement I lost 6lbs in just 10 days. The first thing I will say is when I first started taking I got a headache for a day or 2 after that I was fine, so if you can get through that then your on your way. The tablets keep you feeling full I actually had to force myself to eat because literally one small meal would keep me going all day. So they definitely aid you to keep to your calorie deficit and you go toilet regularly but what amazing results. Honestly I will buy again until I reach my goal. Fantastic product but you must exercise and follow a sensible amount of calorie deficit. Before I took these I was struggling because I was always hungry. But these are amazing.
