Q: Does this work like the electric or wireless pen?

No not really unless you put a lot of pressure. If you have a hand held roller it’s the same. I found that the serum I put in was to thick for it come out to the roller. So I just put serum on my face and use my hand held roller like I used to. This is a great concept if you just use a thin liquid in the container.

Q: Does it come with serum? And if not where can i find some

No, it does not come with serum. U can purchase serum here on amazon or a drug store near you. My serum did not work in this roller. It just wouldn't come out onto my skin.

Q: Can I use it again or it is disposable?

The product is safe to be used again however it is very important that the roller be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before reuse. Needles will dull and then will need to be replaced.
