Perfectly salted, crunchy and delicious!

These are great for anyone with CKD. I loved all nuts but am now restricted to "safe" nuts. AI says "Unlike most other nuts, they are much lower in phosphorus and potassium, making them a safe and healthy snack in proper portions." My personal portion is 10 but believe me, I could easily eat the whole bag in one idle sitting. They are that delicious! I bought some at a local store that are so far from this quality it like the difference between night & day. Don't waste your time going elsewhere. These are the best!

I opened this bag intending to have a sensible handful. I did not have a sensible handful. Macadamia nuts are in a different category from other nuts and NOW Foods gets them right. The dry roasting brings out a deep, rich, buttery flavor without leaving them greasy, and the salt level is well-judged, present enough to enhance the natural sweetness without drowning it. The texture is that particular combination of crunch and creaminess that makes them genuinely difficult to put down. Ingredients are just two things: dry roasted macadamia nuts and sea salt. No oils, no additives, no filler. The resealable bag is a nice touch, though based on personal experience the seal does not get tested very often because the bag empties quickly. A heads-up for buyers: refrigerate after opening if you plan to keep them around for a while, which requires more willpower than most people have. They are also on the pricier end for nuts, but macadamias always are, and this is a quality product from a company that has been doing this since 1968. For keto snacking, baking, or simply treating yourself, these are hard to beat.

This product is one of my favorites. The freshness, roast quality and saltiness make it an excellent snack item. Is very healthy. It came and excellent condition ready for consumption.
