**Q: There are two speakers: top and bottom. Wouldn't it kill the sound from the botton speaker if I place it on the floor under a seat?**
A: Add four 3/4 inch plywood or pine blocks under the corners of the speaker, when installing it.That added space below, does kick up the bass.

A: Yes, only one is enought and it's very flat and should fit almost any seat, but for me has no good bass frecuency response for low frecuencies i expected more from pioneer. :(
