Charger Stopped working after 14 days of usage

five star for quality and design. But if your reason for buying it is to have a fast charger, it is Zero star for that matter. Update: Using this product makes my battery last for a day, unlike using the fast charger that charged fast but also discharge faster. While using the charger, i found out that Airpods Pro doesn’t charge properly and gets disconnected most of the time and also the iphone will be disconnected because of that, i end up fulling again my cable to charge my AirPods Pro. On the other hand, iphone to iphone on both sides are perfectly charging.

Charges reliably and fast. Helps reduce wire clutter as it able to charge any wifi charging enabled phone including Samsung and Apple. Requires careful positioning of the phone and also removal of any phone case.

Unusually, I bought this product having not read all the reviews. That was until the day it was due to be delivered, and when I did I was shocked by all the negative reviews I saw, which made me instantly doubt my purchase was even going to work. I'd bought it purely on my previous experience as Belkin as a brand, which I'd known to be reliable and dependable, but the reviews made me anticipate I'd made a bad decision and would be returning almost instantly once my fears had been realised. Upon delivery, I instantly unpackaged and plugged the charger in and placed by old iPhone 8 on top, and expected it to not work. I was happy to see the LED turn white, and the iPhone made the charging sound, so I felt slightly relieved. I then placed my newer iPhone 11 on the other pad and was again further relieved when the LED lit white and the iPhone chimed as it started to charge. I then swapped a phone for my AirPods without issue, so overall I was relieved it worded as I had expected in spite of the negative reviews I'd seen after purchase. So far, I have no regrets.. but it's not perfect... In hindsight, I would have liked if it could charge an apple watch, but for me that wasn't the intention and so not a dealbreaker, the 3-in-1 equivalents just seem overpriced and this product seems reasonable. I even have a silicone case on my iPhone 11, and it charges without issue, I've had no charging/positioning/alignment issues, it's worked fine. My wife however has an iPhone in a wallet style case with credit card slots on the inside, which was purchased without even a thought of QI or MagSafe charging and that doesn't however work. It detects the phone and the white LED appears, but then turns amber/orange which indicates a foreign object and then turns off and does not charge. I believe however thats an issue with the case and perhaps the materials, and/or the thickness of the case, but overall I'm happy with the purchase and the build quality is what I've come to expect from Belkin as a brand, and thanks to them for not letting me down.
