The Velcro strap has become flimsy just after a couple of workout sessions. Wish there was a better securing mechanism as I had originally got these to do some shadow boxing workout.

I had been using hand dumbbell weights to do my aerobic workout for some time but was starting to find holding the weights for 30 minutes or more was making my hands and fingers increasingly stiff and painful. I am a pianist (amateur) and this was not a good state of affairs! I wondered if a product like this existed and "googled" arm/wrist weights and these came up on Amazon and looked like they might be just the job! I am pleased top say they are exactly what I was looking for. There is a bit of a knack to get them on sufficiently tightly but once this is mastered they are very comfortable to wear and do the job superbly well with no stress or strain on the hands. Don't be put off by the female slanted marketing on this product, they of course work just as well for the male sex!

With comfortable secure straps, these adjustable weights are easy to put on. I have weak wrists, so I find regular dumb-bell type weights very difficult to use. These weights are perfect and are much-admired when I pull them out at the gym.
