Review: Well built - It's well built and heavy but not practical at all when come in to use, the side which is exposed to heat or flame loses the seasoning after few couple of minutes apparently switching both side simultaneously is merely impossible. My suggestion is to buy it only during price fall.

Tried searing the steaks after sous vide as well as cooking steaks from start to finish on bbq/stoves. I am not going to cook a steak on any non-stick pan anymore. Convenient to serve food on the grill/griddle when bbq too.
