I really do not like sweet tasting water. Is the lemon one sweet tasting like lemonade?

I find it mixed as directed to be too strong tasting - both sweet and the salt they have in there. I mix one packet with ice in a big 32 ounce Yeti type stainless steel jug (with the ice it’s about 20-24 ounces water) and it’s perfect.

Do these expire ? If so what’s the shelf life

Yes they do have a shelf life/expiration date. I can't say how long it is but the package I just purchased expires in 2 years

Can this be mixedcsn you mix it in hot water? More lik a tea.

As one other person mentioned, sure, this product would dissolve in tea, but here is what I found: ~At what temperature does vitamin C get destroyed? 86 °F Vitamin C and heat Vitamin C begins to denature at temperatures as low as 86 °F, according to a study in the International Journal of Scientific and Technology Research. The negative effects of heat increase significantly at 140 degrees. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Concerning B vitamins, although Vitamin B 12 cannot be destroyed by heat, other B Vitamins can be! B vitamins are similarly heat sensitive. Up to 60% of thiamine, niacin, and other B vitamins may be lost. Nutrient content is often altered during cooking (otherwise known as “HEAT” 🔥!) water-soluble vitamins: vitamin C and the B vitamins — thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), folic acid (B9), and cobalamin (B12) fat-soluble vitamins: vitamins A, D, E, and K.
