I believe Jarrow is a reputable brand. It may not be the absolute best, but it offers good value for the money. When taking vitamin D, it's beneficial to pair it with vitamin K2, as the two work synergistically to improve absorption and effectiveness. Additionally, I've heard that the MK-7 form of K2 is even more effective. The capsule is small and goes down easy. Investing in our health is always worthwhile.
