Excellent thermometer
I use the long stem thermometer in a Big Easy oilless fryer. It's the perfect length and it seems to be accurate too.

Works great. We used it when we fried a turkey for thanksgiving. It was accurate.

Delivered on time. Works great. Accuracy seem to be right on. I have cooked it while preparing maple syrup and it can resist the heat without breaking. I have also put it in the over to monitor the oven temperature and it seems to be made of excellent materials. I find it a little to long for my uses but it is the length said it was going to be. Products was accurately described. The numbers are easy to read.
