Q: Does this watch come with the diesel box case?

I just received mine in the mail in a brown bag no watch box or anything. It’s a gift for Christmas and now I just have a watch with no box or manual or anything.

Q: I just received this watch as a gift and it is not working. Is it common for the battery to be dead on arrival? Or is there a trick to make it start?

Mine was working when I received it and I got it used. I didn’t have any issue with it. Maybe you’re unlucky one and yours does need new battery. If this is The case, I would return it. Good luck
