Can this be used with hydrocolloid dressings such as DuoDerm?** A: I would certainly say this would be worth a try. I would avoid using it with the hydrocolloid dressings though. Seems to me that the area would heal better if allowed to heal without moisture which can cause bacterial and fungal growth.
