Question 1

One review says it cooks everything and never mentions 'sticking'.  Another reviewer said for health reasons they love this product but it is sticks ?

I’ve been a pro chef for just under 30 years.. Le Creuset pots and pans are the best made, IF YOU USE, AND CARE FOR THEM PROPERLY!! If you have no clue how to use cast iron, educate yourself.. Don’t just blast on high, burn pancakes, then come on Amazon and whine!! Lol!! And the lady that lost one whole egg!! WOW!! Sorry to hear about your loss.. what was its name, it obviously meant ALOT to you.. Let me know when the funeral is, I’ll send flowers!!

Their not non-stick, if you use them properly and season them for years they will be slightly non-stick, but that takes alot of cooking.. besides my LC I have some of my grandmothers cast iron, then things are basically non stick.. 
if you don’t wanna educate yourself, and don’t wanna cook a ton of stuff properly in them.. Just go to Walmart and spend you $12 on a nonstick.. cuz that’s all your worth!! You don’t deserve to even have LC in your cupboard!! Hahah!! Yes, I’m an A-Hole chef!! We all are!! My eggs are perfect every time though!!

Can I use this exactly like a Lodge cast iron pan?

Yes we use it like any other cast iron cookware. The surface is more smooth than a lodge skillet while less porous as it is porcelain over cast iron. Slightly different but works well and rust is not an issue as it can be with other cast iron not used correctly.

Very confusing dimensions (impt feature) - what do they mean by listing 1.9 x 13.5 x 18.8 inches ??? Also is 11-3/4 measured across top or bottom?

11-3/4" is across the bottom and the 18.8 includes the handles and 13.5 is the top edge of the pan. The 1.9" is the depth of the skillet.

what temperature can this go in the oven

Le Creuset indicates that cast iron products with integral handles can be used at *any* temperature in the oven. If you buy one of their products with a knob, I think the top temp is 375° F.
