Happy with our purchase.We place it in our fridge and works fine for us.Updating February 25:Still works but its ring doesn't sound anymore... so useless now. I can't tell if it has been my children or bad made.Place it as high as possible and good luck. I still love it.

Arrived broken and had to send back.No problems with return. Think mine was a one off. Communication was great for return.

I loved this, great for my kids to help with time management or expectations. The visual element of the timer was great. It was great at first but then the chime at the end stopped working. For example, set it to 5 minutes and the bells would faintly chime at the 2 minute mark and it keeps ticking long past the 0 point.Notes for anyone with sensory issues, it's quite a loud ticking noise followed by the chime of a bell (when it works).

Huge timer, worked well for 3 weeks now it stops and can’t be relied on. very strong magnetic grip, no chance of slipping on the fridge door. But it’s just a novelty giant fridge Magnet now. Very disappointing.

Was great the first few times we used but stopped working after a few goes. Maybe got a faulty one. Have contacted support so let’s see!
