The handblender stopped working suddenly after four weeks of purchasing (used 7times only)
The product was ok & working properly in the beginning, but after four weeks stopped & i have to send it back for repair!!!

Plastic quality and finish is poor
Product is ok, performs as described but looks cheap plastic.

I want to return but no reply
I am very disappointed with this multi-purpose appliance. I mainly bought it to prepare and blend baby food, but after regular use, several of its plastic parts started to deteriorate and break apart. The most concerning issue is that tiny plastic fragments ended up mixing with my baby’s food. This happened with more than one attachment, including the small blending cup and the small blender. Even the larger blender developed the same problem, with the internal plastic parts breaking down. I cannot recommend this product, especially for anyone preparing food for babies or young children. It is a serious safety concern because small plastic pieces can easily contaminate the food without being noticed. I have contacted the seller hoping for a refund or replacement, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. I expected much better quality and customer service.

Nice combo, bad part
I think this is a good combination for the price point. However, the package I received was unsealed and the coffee grinder accessory included did not fit the blender model (multiquick 3), it seemed to be made for multiquick 7 or 9. Probably the box had been repacked in some Amazon warehouse and they replaced the part with the wrong one. The offered solution was a refund, but I decided to insist on a replacement, for which who knows how long I will have to wait as it is not in stock. I prefer the replacement because otherwise this seemed like a nice set and everything else worked.

Quality is not good
Low quality utem delivered by amazon. It was unsealed and most of the jars damage within two months.
