I absolutely loved this book. The recipes are all perfect for someone with any health challenge including my problem with kidney disease. I am able to use all these recipes for continued health and healing. The book is laid out beautifully. So happy that I purchased this book.

A must have for anyone interested in Ayurveda cooking. I love this cookbook. Every recipe I've made to date is delicious. There is a bit of overlap with some recipes found in "The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook: A Seasonal Guide to Eating and Living Well" (which I also own) , but I just consider those as reminders of basic ayurveda principles and recipes I should pay attention to. I love how this cookbook works like a troubleshooting guide. You feeling like [insert not-so-great feeling here]? Here are some things to eat to make you feel better. Awesome awesome cookbook. Many thanks to Ms. O'Donnell for making Ayurveda cooking easy and accessible.
