I swear by this stuff! After taking a few months hiatus from it, I’ve recently started it back up again. I only stopped taking it because of pure laziness, not because of any side effects, and now I’m kicking myself. After just 5-7 days my joints don’t ache as much and my face looks way less puffy. I definitely think it aids in the bodies anti-inflammatory process. Now that I’ve re-discovered how much I love this stuff, it will continue to be a staple supplement for this 30 yr old girl on a “health care journey.” I usually take it first thing in the AM on an empty stomach, but not sure if how you take it makes any difference.

I had been taking Nigella Sativa Oil for almost a year. Before taking I used to have frequent leg cramp and Spinal Ache (to the extent of walking hunch back). Game changer, I have been suffering from bursitis in my hip for 18months. Finally had a steroid injection 5 months ago it lasted 3 weeks before I was back to being in agony. I have been taking this supplement for almost a month now and the difference in my mobility is amazing. They are easy to swallow, no aftertaste and although there are cheaper ones on the market I will stick with the ones I know work. Highly recommended
