I had been taking Nigella Sativa Oil for almost a year. Before taking I used to have frequent leg cramp and Spinal Ache (to the extent of walking hunch back). After taking about more than a month my leg cramp and Spinal ache didn't seem to reoccur. I have tried many Nigella Sativa Oil brands available, and would recommend those harvested from Turkey are of better quality and reliable.
