Very doubtful that this charm is a true Pandora. Held a magnifier but still could hardly read the markings as the charm is so tiny. As for the packaging, well! Small fold up box with no lid and a leaflet in German, no English. Returned item. Very annoying at this time of year as had to purchase another Christmas present for my best friend. Definitely would not insult her with this gift.

Not sure if genuine NO GIFT BAG NO BOX NO POUCH!! just a little clear bag so might aswell get from shop cause to buy a bag and box and pouch its same as buying from PANDORA NOT WORTH MONEY AT ALL

Lovely charm
My friend bought me this last year and I was so pleased with it I thought I’d buy it for her birthday this year.....she was as pleased as I was with it...looks great on bracelet!! Worth what it cost!!!

Actual size might have helped,
I wanted a special present for a 70 birthday.My friend has the bracelet ,unfortunately the charm is smaller than the others.Of course it is silver,but I didn’t know that from the picture.So I am disappointed.
