It is water steamer not dryer so be careful when ordering since Then got confused when I ordered. However, it does produce steam and work well. But reached us with little defect in leg.

No product manual caused second degree burn
The product may be good but as there was no manual!!! Of use Hot water sprouted from it and caused a second degree burn on my neck A product using potentially hazardous ie steam or hot water shouldn't come with no user manual

damaged items
Iopen the box after 2 weeks from receiving the hair steamer and i findit not working at all .. so i lose my money and theses no way to exchange or complain .

The steamer was easy to assemble and the instructions easy to follow. however found that the steamer did not distribute steam evenly especially at the back of the head.
