Solid metal right angle. Really well constructed. Used as pictured to allow my device to sit flat instead of “popping a wheelie” due to cable strain. Would buy again. Great picture and no connection issues as with cheaper models.

This does work to transmit 4k video and Dolby Atmos audio, however the audio cuts out every now and then. I got this so I could push my receiver closer against the back of the wall. When using it however the audio cuts out for about a second or two every so often. It gets annoying, especially during critical scenes of the movie. I wanted to make sure it was this, so the only change I did was to remove this and I no longer had audio cutouts. I replaced it and I had audio cutouts happening again. So unfortunately I will not be using this, have to keep it though since I am outside of my return window.It may work for you because I was using it on a 50ft fiber optic HDMI cable, so a shorter cable you may not have these issues.
