A: You don't have to rinse.  I don't rinse-I just wipe off and then apply my lipstick.

A: I don't smoke but this may lighten your lips if you are using it daily

**Q: Can you sleep with the scrub on without washing it off ?**
A: Since it's a scrub, it's not meant to be left on so I would say no. After use I would follow up with a good moisturizer. Hope this helps!
