My daughter kept asking for a pottery wheel for her 4th birthday so I started reading reviews and found this to have the best rating. I am pleased I read through because this is great. We had so much fun molding clay and using the wheel to make little vases and pots! It has two different types of paints so they can choose which style they want it to be. More pottery looking or a higher gloss. It came with lots of tools that my daughter live experimenting with. The wheel is sturdy and not cheap and flimsy like ones I had as a kid. It worked well and actually it took some Getting use too because it wasn't intermittent like cheap ones I have had before. It moved at a steady fast pace. It almost felt like a miniature version of a real wheel!! I think the price is very fair for the quality. We will enjoy doing this together for years to come!!
