Toute Nuit by Mimiko Inc Wrinkle Patches, Face Tape, Y-Shape - Preventing Frown Lines, Forehead and Around Lips - 20 Patches

These are fantastic for managing and staying ahead of wrinkles. I started taping my face in my mid-thirties, and I'm now forty-(mumblemumblemumble) with only a very few laugh lines around my eyes (which, full disclosure, I didn't start taping around my eyes until a few years ago, so that's my fault). The Y shape is ideal for smoothing out the number 11s between the eyes, just the right size without sitting over your eyebrows, and the little triangles are good for crow's feet and laugh lines. I really like that they're clear and breathable, and honestly I forget that I have them on sometimes because they're very subtle. I know some people swear by Frownies, but to me Frownies are so heavy and stiff, and I feel like they really pull at the skin when you remove them, but the Toute Nuit patches remove easily, assuming you moisturize before applying. Occasionally I'll have one come off overnight if I have my arm or hand on my face, but that's pretty rare. My nightly routine is a niacinamide/Vitamin C cream, then Cerave collagen night cream, then the Toute Nuit patches on my forehead and around my eyes. I typically use mine two nights and then throw away. My one complaint is that the patches can leave a sticky residue, which I use Albolene to dissolve. But as someone who's not interested in any kind of injectables, I'm more than happy to cope with a little sticky to keep wrinkles and lines at bay for as long as I can.

I have only used the patches once but I did notice a difference in the depth of my wrinkles around my mouth area. I’m hoping with multiple uses the results will last longer

I’m nearly 51. I obsess over my frown lines. I wanted to get Botox when I first heard about it. I was 28. Knowing that once you start, you’ll have to continue to get it, I waited until I was 45. I had prominent 11 creases when I began. At $600 a quarter, I feel like I need to maintain the investment. Every once in a while, I still end up with a (single) relatively faint crease between my brows. It’s frustrating, but still better than what I can only imagine it could look like without the toxins. These little things are freaking magical. They are shaped like a large guitar pick. I have been using them for 7-8 nights and they are amazing. The materials are very humble. They don’t make miraculous promises, but they could, IMO. I apply them over a light (non-greasy) moisturizer at night and then remove them just before I shower. I can definitely see a difference. I just wish I had taken a before pic, but I was skeptical. I live in the desert. I smoke too. I’m adding these to my subscribe & save. Pic is not filtered and is without any makeup. I promise. I am over 60 days from my last toxin appointment. I’m feeling pretty optimistic. I have literally never posted a pic before in a review, because I am not 30 anymore. This time it’s worth it.
