Does anyone prefer this over dim?

I use this product in conjunction with DIM, it works wonders together and I have been using it for over 3 years now. No more cystic acne, painful periods, and PMS symptoms have been greatly diminished. I no longer have cysts on my ovaries either. Amazing product.

Why do the capsules smell like mothballs?

I have tried this and other brands (manufacturers) of Indole-3-carbinol and they ALL smell like this. For me, these products are effective at combating many of the unpleasant effects of menopause.

This is Not a vitamin supplement, or is it??

Technically, the Vitamins are those compounds assigned a letter or letter/number combo: Examples are Vitamin B1, B3, D3, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, etc. This is considered a SUPPLEMENT. Hope that helps answer your question.

I found 2 different packaging on Amazon, the white lid and the navy blue lid. Are they the same?

I don’t know. Mine always has the blue lid

カプセル自体が非常に硬いので、カプセルを開けて飲もうと思いましたが、薬の臭いが結構きついので、要注意です。喉の調子が良くないので、購入しましたが、効き目があるかは実感できていません。
