Packs arrive not vacuumed
2 packs were vacuumed properly and 2 others no. And the product is not returnable. So I actually paid actually twicemore than the price for a good quality product.

Just right, not acidic nor heavy. Roast is medium. 5/10 strength. This is ground coffee a little rough so it is not like espresso powder. I use it for my French press or the filter/drip.

I ordered 4 pcs and 2 of them were not vacuumed anymore. Maybe were old but a 50% rate of damaged boxes is not acceptable in my opinion.

Coffee pack not air sealed reach out damaged Amazon customer service are very supportive to issue a refund but the matter is quality with this brand as it happened 5 times with me last 2 months.
