Although easy to launch it is difficult if not impossible to keep in the air. It constantly wants to dump its air almost like the harness is tied incorrectly. Also, I know it’s cheap, but It could use swivels on the kite and line. Spend extra money and get a better kite. Review: Good kite for the money - Packaging and assembly were good... The handles and string were surprisingly high quality. For a beginner, it is likely this will be crashed quite a few times. In a hard crash, the spine rod will push through the tail pocket breaking the kite... This area should be reinforced before use. The construction and materials are comparable to much more expensive kites. My beginner was able to learn to fly this thing within about 10 minutes. ## Features - ✔Fast and quick-turning for extra excitement in stronger winds. I bought this one for my son. Although easy to launch it is difficult if not impossible to keep in the air. It constantly wants to dump its air almost like the harness is tied incorrectly. Also, I know it’s cheap, but It could use swivels on the kite and line. Spend extra money and get a better kite. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good kite for the money *by S***V on 1 April 2020* Packaging and assembly were good... ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not the best quality *by C***I on 19 March 2026* Cool kite, not really well made so completely busted in multiple places after about 5 flights. Flew on 2 windy days and a few mildly windy days as well. Lots of fun to fly but a bummer that the sticks holding it together broke in multiple places to make the kit unable to fly. Also came with electrical tape on the main stick, so not sure if this was bought and returned before or if that’s how the manufacturers design the kite? Anyway not bad for the money but wish it had lasted longer. Will buy a better quality one next time. ## Frequently Bought Together - HENGDA KITE-Upgrade Star Rhyme 48 Inch Dual Line Stunt Kite for Kids and Adults,Outdoor Sports,Beach and Fun Sport Kite,Handle,Line, and Bag Included - In the Breeze 48-inch Stunt Kite, Dual Line, Framed Kites for Beginner to Intermediate Sport Kite Flyers - Babyeden Large Dual Line Stunt Kite, 84 Inch Wide Entry-Level Sport Kite for Adults and Teenagers --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/253532605-hengda-kite-upgrade-star-rhyme-48-inch-dual-line-stunt](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/253532605-hengda-kite-upgrade-star-rhyme-48-inch-dual-line-stunt) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
