After months & months of gastro issues, lots of unexplained weight loss and every medical test in the book, I still had few answers. My Doc recommended a probiotic but the cost was too expensive & not feasible but I knew I needed to try one. This was recommended by a friend & after 40 days I have better results than anything else from the last year. I've even gone to 1 pill every other day and I'm hopeful that my gut continues to improve. No true medical info but it's helped me so much and perhaps it's worth a try for you. I've been taking these raw probiotics for a few weeks now, and I've already noticed several positive changes. I've had gut issues for years, including constipation, diarrhea, and bloating.
