Will this work with a Sony A7 mirrorless full frame?

On its own, no. This lens uses a Canon EF mount, but I use mine on my A7R with a Sigma MC-11 adapter and it works fine with that.

what about a hood for it ?

A lens hood should come with it. Mine did.

Will the image stabilization still work with a gh5s and a metabones speed boaster?

Not sure about GH5S but it works on my ZCAM F6 camera.

Will this lens fully function with the canon eos r mirrorless full frame?

The EOS R is a full frame, this lens is full frame, no cropping will happen
