Comfortable and supportive, but pricey with a few quality quirks
I’ve been using this chair for a few weeks now, and overall I’m really happy with it. The comfort is top-notch — great support for long hours, and the adjustment options make it easy to dial in the right fit.Size-wise, it works well for my setup and doesn’t feel bulky. Stability is decent, though there’s a bit of wiggle in some parts that doesn’t quite match the premium price tag. For $700, I expected a bit more solid build quality. That said, it looks sleek and professional, and the firmness is just right — not too stiff, not too soft. If comfort is your top priority and you don’t mind spending a bit more, this chair delivers. Just be aware that the build might not feel quite as high-end as the price suggests.

Great quality, ergonomic
My son loves this chair and he is picky. I have had one just like this for years and they are very expensive new. I think I paid over a thousand dollars for mine several years ago. This was an investment but with as much time as we spend at our desks between school and play it’s worth it for the ergonomic design. When I can afford it I plan to buy another for my other son.

Chair Helped With Lower Back Pain!!
I had lower back pain for 2 months, i tried 2 different chairs in amazon that didnt help. I sit for 12 hours a day 7 days a week. I did quite a bit of research on youtube and it was either this chair or a areon, I have tried a areon before and didnt like it. So I orered this one. I was worried because i heard after sitting to long the pad would hurt on the bottom. So i was really excited that this one comes with a upgrade. I got the chair 3 months ago and it has changed my life! After 3 days my back pain was completely gone, and I have zero complaints I think its the perfect chair for me and im sure my body will thank me to sit in it over my life time!

Best chair I've had
I spent quite a bit of time looking for an office chair that was comfortable, didn't leave my back feeling stiff after a long day and wouldn't break the bank; this checked all the boxes. The price is excellent for what you're getting. It feels great (better than the chairs at my office, which I quite like) and has dramatically reduced the stiffness I'd feel in my back when working from home.I was a little hesitant to get a remanufactured chair but I have no complaints. It was like new! The instructions made assembly simple, adjustments were intuitive and it looks great! Definitely one of my best purchases

Nearly perfect chair after making some tweaks
For years, I had one of those "big and tall" executive chairs that killed my back over time. It was so soft that you could sink into it like a couch. It was high time that I got something new and more supportive. I settled on getting this chair after trying out the Leap at my local Steelcase store. The one at the store seemed to have excellent back support and adjustability, so I was excited to try this at home.To be honest, it was a big adjustment for me coming from a soft chair. I used to get really sore from sitting for 1-2 hours. My main hobby is gaming, so I need to be able to sit for 6+ hours at a time. I ended up buying an extra seat cushion to throw on top of it when I had long gaming sessions. After a few months though, I stopped having this issue. My body got used to the firmness of the seat, and now it feels quite comfortable to relax in all day without the extra cushion. My back feels so much better now. I'm very glad that I stuck it out long enough to see the benefits. Some nitpicks: I didn't like the hard plastic arm rests and the seat fabric, which felt too abrasive against my skin when wearing shorts. I fixed these issues by getting arm rest pillows and a new seat cover with a softer texture. These made a huge difference in my level of comfort. I'm also in the process of ordering a Leap headrest to give my neck more support.Overall, I'm quite happy and would recommend this if you're looking for a good back support chair. You just might have to give it time, or make a few tweaks, to find the best comfort.

Good quality for good price
The chair arrived very quickly and was easy to assemble with the included instructions. It was significantly cheaper than a new version, and it was in excellent condition. Only signs of wear were some minor scuffs on the base near the casters, which don’t affect function and you can only see if you flip the chair upside down. The replaced cushion is very comfortable, which was a concern I had about some of the reviews for the chair straight from the manufacturer. There is a lot of adjustment options compared to cheaper office chairs. The arm pads were a bit hard for my tennis elbow, but I placed some cheap memory foam covers over them, and they’re perfect now.

Highly Recommend Crandall and the Leap v2 Chair.
I have the same chair at my office, but it's from Steelcase, not Crandall. The Crandall seat is so much more comfortable - I really wasn't expecting this considering it's almost half what I paid for the Leap v2 office chair which I bought direct from the manufacturer. Great padding and comfortable.I had an issue with the gas cylinder where it wouldn't stay in place (it would lower on it's own when I sat down and raise back up when I exited the chair). I contacted Crandall via their support email to get a replacement cylinder and they responded the next day with instructions and a YouTube video showing me how to adjust the cylinder, which was very easy to do. This fixed my problem 100%, and what I understand, this is common for any gas cylinder chair which, I assume, is why it's so easy to adjust.I would absolutely recommend this chair to anyone looking for a higher end chair. Also, Crandall service and support is as good as it gets.Very pleased.

Very nice chair for your posture
This is one great chair and other than a single scuff on the frame you'd never know it was remanufactured. If you are like me and are coming from a $150 gaming chair it may take a few days for your back to get used to sitting in an ergonomic position but once it does you'll be very happy. Seat pan is great and I love all the adjustments though I do wish the back was a tad thicker. I called Crandall with a question about assembly and was able to speak with a human without waiting which is very nice.
