Q: cyanocobalamin is not organic. methyl b12 is so this doesn't sound natural using form of cyanide. right?

As of Dec 2015 we have been using Cyanocobalamin as vitamin B12 and folic acid from organic lemon peel as those were the preferred sources for the respective vitamins. Because of popular demand from our customers as of January 12th, 2016 we have switched to the preferred Methylcobalamin and Folate! Q: Why is only part of the daily requirement for Vitamin K included?

Naturally found in a variety of foods, including leafy green vegetables and liver, Vitamin K is also produced by the bacteria in your intestinal tract during digestion. Because Vitamin K is fat-soluble, it is stored by your body, making it possible to take in too much Vitamin K. That is why we have decided to include only a third of the dose, assuming that most of our customers are health conscious and probably consume other forms of Vitamin K, such as through vegetables.
