Is this mascara washable or waterproof?

This is a washable mascara. Although not specifically stated on the package or on the tube itself, this mascara is NOT WATERPROOF and is easily removed. The Rimmel mascaras that are waterproof are marked as such. For additional information see Rimmel website @ http://us.rimmellondon.com/products/eyes. I have used this mascara for several years and love the way my lashes look! (In 1917, Eugene Rimmel created the first packaged cosmetic mascara!)
