Fantastic juice alternative for kids! Delicious and zero sugar!
โI bought these Berry Propel bottles for my daughter, and they have been such a fantastic alternative to sugary juice! It can be tough finding drinks she actually enjoys that aren't loaded with sugar, so having a zero-calorie, zero-sugar option that tastes delicious is a huge win for us. โThe Berry flavor is sweet and refreshing, and I love that it gives her real hydration with electrolytes plus added vitamins like C and E. The 16.9 oz bottles are super convenient to grab for school lunches, outdoor play, or on-the-go trips. If you are looking for a healthy, tasty substitute for sugary juices that your kids will actually want to drink, I highly recommend keeping these stocked!

Staple Drink
The Berry flavor is one of my staple drinks. I drink these daily and they definitely keep me hydrated and the appropriate amount of vitamins I need. The price of these is actually quite affordable especially for the size of the bottles. I generally go through about a half a case a day on average.

Stay hydrated without all the sugar
I really enjoy Propel Electrolyte Enhanced Water. It has a light, refreshing flavor and is a great alternative to sugary sports drinks. I love that it has zero sugar and zero calories, while still providing electrolytes and added vitamins. Itโs especially nice after a workout, when Iโm out and about, or anytime I want something with more flavor than plain water. The taste isnโt overly heavy, and itโs easy to drink. Overall, Propel is a convenient and refreshing way to stay hydrated without all the sugar of traditional sports drinks.

Not my favorite bottled flavored water
Because I'm drinking 72 ounces of water most days, I decided that I would get some bottled flavored water for part of it each day just for variety. I ordered Spindrift, Fruit2O, and Propel for taste-testing. Spindrift had the highest reviews, here and at other sites on the Internet. So it's just a personal taste, but I CANNOT deal with seltzer. Just can't come anywhere near it. Has a flat, salty aftertaste and just a horrible feeling in my mouth. I had checked to see if sparkling water was the same as seltzer and was assured that it is not, but I couldn't handle this and won't get it again. The seltzer-ness overpowered any assessment I could make of the flavor. Others who lack this aversion would likely be fine with it. Fruit2O had a very pleasant, not overpowering, fruit flavor. Just enough so that it was flavored water. No hint of seltzer-ness (it's flat) and something I could definitely drink for the long haul. It does have an artificial sweetener aftertaste, so I wanted to keep testing, but I could certainly settle for it. Propel might have had a marginally better flavor, and it's also flat, but there was an element of "oiliness" (hard to know how to define it) or chemical-ness or even almost saltiness. Reminded me just a tad of a colonoscopy prep, although not nearly as salty or unpleasant. That has to be the electrolytes. So I'll finish what I got because it isn't intolerable, but I probably won't buy it again in the future. NO artificial sweetener aftertaste, which is a plus.
