Great pre-work out shake
Does not have caffeine but it pumps you up before your work out. I believe its the taurine. Flavor is good, even my wife likes it.

If you don't have the flavor I ordered don't send me anything just to make the sell.
The order arrived on time. I have used this product before so nothing bad to say. I love taking it during and after a workout. I have more energy to finish my workouts strong. I also notice my muscles are a lot leaner when using this product. Only issue I really had is the flavor. I prefer the grape flavor which is the one I requested but received the tropical punch, which tasted like medicine. I need more but am hesitant due to the fact I requested grape flavor but got tropical punch.

Always been a fan of BSN, so I would recommend
Best taste, I love the grape flavor as it tastes like Fanta grape soda. It’s good for muscle recovery, getting your vitamin D intakes and so much more. I always bought from BSN since 2014 so I recommend this flavor and brand to everyone. The quality is amazing and it keeps you hydrated as well. The size doesn’t matter to me as they have a bigger tub to buy but for beginners this is the best size to start off first. As for health benefits, I would say it’s good for your kidneys, skin, hair, muscle building and etc as it has vitamin D.

Effective but not that delicious
In terms of recovery I would give this 5 stars. I'm terms of taste though it's not the nicest grape flavour compared to other Aminos, however it's still palatable. For me personally recovery effects are more important than perfect taste. I'm really happy with the results so I would buy this again.
