The design is remarkable 2 star for its design and 1 star for the sound quality. Soung quality is not that good but a little tweeks on the equilizer and tuning will improve its audio. Battery life is alao good. But Motorola needs to work on its pairing process or programing or whatever,because sometimes it doesn't pair automatically, and sometimes the right and left pairs with our phone as two separate devices. Left doesn't get paired with right bud by itself. Resetting the bud is a bit confusing. Also the audio controls need to be readjusted. 1 tap play/stop double tap is supposed to be next track but it is assigned for volume control, and hold is next/previous tap. Overall the only thing that's good in this product is its design.
